What you get with Business Premium
Business Premium is the security-focused Microsoft 365 business subscription for teams that need more than desktop Office apps and Teams. Each licensed user gets Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook on PC and Mac, business email with a custom domain, 1 TB cloud storage on OneDrive, and SharePoint for shared files.
Where it differs from Business Standard is device and threat protection: Microsoft Defender for Business (endpoint detection and response), Intune for mobile and laptop management, and Conditional Access through Microsoft Entra ID. Microsoft Copilot is not included by default — it is licensed separately unless you move to an enterprise SKU that bundles AI features.

Common questions about Microsoft 365 Business Premium
Is this the same as Microsoft 365 E3?
No. Business Premium is for up to 300 users and bundles endpoint security for small teams. E3 is enterprise-grade with no user limit and different compliance features. For most businesses under 300 users, Business Premium is the better deal.
Do I need a separate antivirus?
No. Microsoft Defender for Business replaces traditional AV with modern next-gen AV plus EDR — the same class of tool larger enterprises use.
Will Intune break my users' devices?
Intune only enforces the policies you configure. A typical rollout sets "require a passcode", "encrypt the disk", and "wipe company data if lost". We help plan this before any policy is applied.
Is there a trial?
