Microsoft 365 July 2026 Pricing Changes

Microsoft announced pricing and packaging updates to Microsoft 365 effective July 1, 2026. If your organization is in Thailand or Singapore and uses Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise, this directly affects your next renewal.

What is changing?

Microsoft is increasing per-user prices across Business and Enterprise suites globally, while also bundling additional features into existing plans — including expanded Copilot Chat access and enhanced security capabilities. Existing customers typically remain on current pricing until their next renewal after July 1, 2026.

Which plans are affected?

The changes affect Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, Enterprise E3, and Enterprise E5. Frontline plans (F1, F3) and standalone Office 365 SKUs are also updated in Microsoft's partner price lists.

What should you do before July 2026?

  • If your subscription renews after July 1, contact us to discuss locking in current CSP pricing before your renewal date.
  • Review whether the new bundled features justify the price increase for your team.
  • Consider whether upgrading to a higher plan now makes more sense than paying more for your current plan at renewal.
